Shohreh Aryani

Shohreh Aryani

Shohreh Aryani is a National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) seasoned trainer. She received her Personal Trainer certification in 2000 and the NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist certification in 2007. On a personal level, she enjoys weight training, Taebo, kickboxing, step aerobics, spinning, yoga, Tai Chi, walking, hiking and bicycling outdoors. Shohreh is a caring and compassionate trainer that enjoys working with beginners. She takes the “just do it” message to the next level with this message – “…and do it right”, since lack of knowledge about proper form and program design can lead to injury. Shohreh is also quick to point out that women starting strength training need not worry about the myth of “bulking up”. Her philosophy about fitness is that any type of exercise can and will help tap into the body’s wisdom and connect the mind, body and spirit. Fluent in both English and Farsi, Shohreh is a tremendous asset to the 4EverFit family.
