Working with a nationally certified personal trainer in a small
group is a cost-effective alternative to one-on-one or partner training.
Classes focus on comprehensive functional training and core strengthening
as well as flexibility and balance improvement. The camaraderie of the
small group is an added bonus to the expertise and motivate provided
by the trainer. Exercise modifications for those with injuries or special
body concerns are addressed for each participant. Call for current class
