Tired of programs where being left on a treadmill for half an hour
is part of your "personal training"? At 4EverFit Personal Training
Studio, your personal trainer's attention will be totally on YOU the
entire hour. The trainer will design a program to specifically help you
meet your goals, correct any muscle imbalances observed in your posture
analysis, take you through any post-rehab exercises, and stay totally
focused on spotting you through every exercise. Your program will include
strength training to tone your body and increase metabolism for purposes
of weight management, flexibility training to avoid injuries, and core
and balance training to ensure the foundation of your body is where your
fitness level really begins. You will be advised and guided through the
cardiovascual workouts you need to be doing on a regular basis and the
trainer will motivate you to stay faithful to your cardio workouts.
Personal training appointments are available to suit most clients'
