4EverFit is pleased to offer Yoga and Yin Yoga. Like personal training, privacy is what sets us apart from other yoga classes. 4EverFit yoga teachers are certified in both yoga and personal training to allow for a completely balanced fitness program that includes the best of both worlds. Private yoga is offered in a separate yoga room. Small groups can also be accomodated in our semi-private functional training studio.
Personal training appointments are available to suit most clients' scheduling needs.
